Time it took to get me these boots

I have to say it was absolutely rediculous! It took me almost two and a half months just to get these boots and the customer service sucked. In the process of deploying and even with the extremely long delay to get them still no appologies or a discount or something to make up for the inconvenience. Not to mention a knife that was put on back order for 90 days ! I think they had to put an order in to make the damn shoes.

Altama Warrior 9 in. Desert Boots

These boots are only good for six month of use. If you do purchase these boots, i highly recomend buying a sole inserts. Your feet will thank you.

no support

They're an Ok boot for looks, but they're very bad to run in, and have no ankle support. All the weight is in the shoe of the boot and it is very easy to roll your ankle in these.

Worst product ever

I purchased a pair of these altama jungle boots after joining a state guard unit..sadly they issue us next to nothing. They take a decent shine and look pretty good at first. Unfortunately, I spent $104 just to have my feet turned into hamburger meat after my first long march. Other enlistees in my unit suggested that I need more time to break these in but, frankly, the pain and blisters I went through were not worth it. I wish I had gotten a pair of the Bellevilles, as it seems they are far better than most other brands. Avoid these if you don't like limping around in formation

very bad

I wore these boots in maybe 5 inches of water and the soles just feel off. I just had them for 18 weeks!!!!!!!
